Oliver Haynes and Ferran Mangot, co-founders of Sybius Consulting, have a combined 30 years of experience working in different leaders in the sector. We have both worked for top-tier investment banks and commodity traders.
We have worked together for the last 8 years in one of the largest international commodity traders in the world, finding solutions to the challenges of the day-to-day operations of the Compliance and Legal departments. We realised that no external consultants were available to help provide sound advice and implement cost-effective, robust Compliance and Legal functions.
